SHIPPING POLICY

UK delivery

We offer complimentary standard UK delivery.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery is estimated to take a further 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please allow approximately 3–7 working days from placing your order to receiving it. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a dispatch confirmation once it has been sent. Where tracking is available, the dispatch email will include your tracking details.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, email connect@robedinroyalty.com as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your delivery is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact connect@robedinroyalty.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and help resolve the issue.
