RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Changing your mind

For UK online orders, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Please tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your order, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

This also applies to sale items.

How to arrange a return

Email connect@robedinroyalty.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and tell us which items you wish to return.

We will provide a prepaid return label and the return address. Please contact us before posting so we can give you the correct instructions. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your legal cancellation rights.

Item condition

You may try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please return it clean, with any tags and original packaging where possible, and package it securely.

Original packaging is not essential. We may reduce your refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics and fit—for example, wearing it beyond trying it on or washing it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact connect@robedinroyalty.com so we can arrange an appropriate solution. We cover reasonable return postage for these items.

Your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind return period and are not restricted by this policy.

Exchanges

For a different size, contact us to arrange a return and place a new order, subject to availability.

Refunds

For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

We refund any standard outward delivery charge paid when you cancel the whole order. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Our standard UK delivery is currently free.
